About the Owner
Chris Courtney is a native Arizonan, born in Tucson & now living in Phoenix. Chris began his science career as a research chemist for the University of Arizona’s mass spectrometer facility where he processed samples for radiocarbon dating & assisted the USGS with developing a system for dating groundwater. In 2004 Chris landed his first environmental consulting job & has not looked back since. Chris specializes in contaminant hydrogeology & optimizing long-term groundwater monitoring programs to drastically reduce costs client costs & accelerate regulatory reviews. Courtney Consulting originated in 2019 after Chris was looking for a better way to deliver consulting excellence while keeping it affordable.
